SherlockBone Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your order! If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any unused item within 14 days of receipt or email us a photo if the product is faulty. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it—often without requiring a return. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your order or confirm a product issue.

Important:

  • Items such as pet food, treats, grooming supplies (shampoos, creams, sprays), and any hygiene-related products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you need to return or exchange a product for a different size or variant, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, email us at info@sherlockbone.com to get the correct return address. We have multiple distribution centers, and we need to ensure your package is sent to the right location.

2. Package Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number.
  • As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx) and keeping your tracking number.
  • Email us at info@sherlockbone.com once you’ve shipped your return, and let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Note: Our headquarters are based in Netherland. Depending on your location, you may need to return your item to our supplier in Asia.

3. Ship Your Package

  • Take your parcel to the nearest post office or shipping center.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@sherlockbone.com.

  • Orders canceled within 6 hours will be fully refunded.
  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to return it after receipt before receiving a refund.
